The Senior Account Manager at Populace plays a pivotal role in the network operations team, leveraging their deep industry knowledge and experience to drive growth and foster lasting client relationships. This role transcends entry-level responsibilities and requires a comprehensive understanding of clinical research best practices, strategic account management, and proactive business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities (Not all encompassing):
- Site Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of clinical research sites within the Populace Network.
- Site Client Support: Collaborate closely with management to meet client deliverables and objectives.
- Prospect Relationship Development: Engage in outreach efforts to foster relationships with sponsor companies and CROs.
- Lead Conversion: Manage, nurture, and convert inbound study leads into actionable study opportunities for our network of site clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with a range of sponsor companies and CROs through consistent communication.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the study BD pipeline following the companies' established processes.
Qualifications & Skills (Not all encompassing):
